I got this pillow bc I have really bad sciatica and inflamed nerves in my thigh that makes sleep impossible sometimes. I was desperate as the pillow between the legs deal just wasn't cutting it. Not even falling asleep to Grey's Anatomy was helping me feel better. Thanks for nothing McDreamy!Anywho I saw this little pillow and figured spending under 15 dollars for this and knowing I could send it back was worth it. It came and I did my touch test and it felt really hard and not pleasant I like I was hoping. The package states that it gets softer and harder depending on seasons or something like that, so we'll see what happens with that. I put it between my thighs and got in my normal side sleep position and the pillow instantly slipped out. I was annoyed, but then remembered it was under 15 dollars so maybe that should have been expected.So it becomes actual night time and I've got into bed and tried to move around my little thigh pillow and it didn't feel very comfortable but I was still watching Grey's Anatomy and McSteamy was in some drama again with his women so I forgot all about it. Well I finally fall asleep and must have rolled to my other side. Now this is important bc when I do that I wake up in a pain that can only described as a professional baseball player throwing a 90 mile an hour ball at me that is on fire, has spikes on it, is crawling with angry spiders and gets stuck in my thigh just rotating in a ball of firey hell. So when I roll onto my side like that I wake up in such pain that I could cry. But I wake up and notice there is no pain. I repeat NO PAIN! I have not been able to comfortably sleep on my left side for months and here comes this little tiny pillow that clearly comes with magical powers bc it took my pain away that has made sleep a thing of the past. I was in such a deep sleep that my alarm jerked me awake and I was on my left side and must have been like that for hours and there was no pain at all! The baseball player from hell can rest now at night! So go get this tiny little magical pillow and don't worry about it being kinda hard and slipping here and there bc when night time comes and you need sleep that tiny pillow turns into a fairy godmother.

I have suffered with sciatica and lower back pain for many years; it was most severe in the morning when I would try to get out of bed. Several years ago I learned about the benefit of sleeping with a pillow between the knees. I did so, but still woke with severe pain. Luckily I discovered this wedge. It took me a few nights to become accustomed to it, but now I wake with NO PAIN! The foam is soft enough to be comfortable but firm enough to remain in place. The zippered cover is made of a brushed fabric substantial enough to last for years. I have no doubt that I will use this wedge for many years. I am so grateful for this product and highly recommend it.Update: the foam is just as it was on Day One and I'm still very happy with that. However, the cover is so tight-fitting that I cannot get it off to launder it despite there being a zipper. I've tried multiple times but no success--I don't want to rip it and have no cover at all. Plus what little friction occurs during the night results in the nylon fibers coming loose and contributing to serious pilling that I have to snip off; pulling on them breaks off the fibers which creates even more pilling. I am very unhappy with the cover!

This is a bargain price. The quality exceeded my expectations. It is easy to use. My problem was leg pain. Especially knees and shins. I sleep on my side and my knees on top of each other increased my discomfort. This helped to keep the knees apart, about one each. It helps. And I had back surgery and my doctor said this would help relieve pressure on my back. My complaint?? It says it has a removable, washable cover. But the side zipper, when opened, does not open enough to slide the cover off. The foam is too firm to squeeze to slide the cover off. The need a longer zipper. For this reason I would not buy it again. But for this price, it is a good entry level to see if it provides you relief. Then you can later invest in one you can remove the cover more easily.

As I've gotten older I have a problem with laying on my side with my knees together. I purchased a foam wedge but give it to my husband, he started complaining how uncomfortable it was laying with his knees together. Just getting older is definitely not for sissies . After years of discomforter I ordered a wedge. I was not happy with it. So after years of putting a flat pillow between my legs I decided to order me another one, hoping this one would be the one.. I decided to take my chances and order the Ziraki memory foam wedge, so I have to say it's awesome. Yes after not having a wedge it has taken a little getting used to, but it's so comfortable, and I know as the Months go by it will become my next best friend. I ask my husband if he wanted to try the new wedge, he told me no not right now, he said his other one has a few more miles left on it. So I'm hoping this one will last as long as his ( 8 yrs or so). I don't t sleep great as it is so I figure if I can find something to help me be comfortable when I do sleep that would be Awesome...I have chronic fibromyalgia so I have to have comfortable and SOFT against my body. Nothing hard, rough, sticky or etc so this fits the bill ALL-AROUND. The covering is so soft and the wedge is the right size. Plus It's a very good price NO I did NOT get this product free to write this review. Wish I did ..lol

The product seems like it's very high quality, super clean & sharp. But the pillow is awfully hard & dense. It says that it should soften from your body warmth as you use it. So I tried it, I really tried it. It was so uncomfortable & definitely not soft. The memory foam reminded me almost of one of those florists foam chunks they use to stick dried flowers in. It wasn't as dry & brittle of course, but it was hard to even press your fingers into it. & the size is a problem. I kept trying it up & down my legs, no comfort at all! Sorry it didn't work out. =(

If you move a lot, it's not easy to keep this between your leg due to the size of it.

This seems to do the trick for hip pain. I was worried it would move about, but didn’t want to pay an extra £10 or more just for a strap, but it seems to stay in place. It’s firm enough but has rounded edges, and a washable cover.
