This is a review after using the blender for almost 3 years. It has been pretty good and it finally had a problem with the jar leaking. So called the Agaro support to get a replacement. Frankly, I was a bit apprehensive reading some of the reviews here. However, it was a pleasant experience overall. As soon as I made the payment for the replacement jar, they shipped it and I received it in a couple of days.

Product is very good as we have purchased this 3rd Agaro professional blender. We are satisfied with the product just they need to work on the jar as after some time they start leaking. Machine performance is excellent. Also have purchased soup maker from the same company which is also working good. Need to work better on customer service.

Worst service by manufacturer, I had ordered 2 blenders on 7th feb, it was delivered on 11th feb. One blender is not working I asked for replacement. I got a call from supplier saying that technician will be assigned within 24hours, today it completed 10 days, now the customer care not picking up my call. Overall product is good but worst customer service. Don't buy this product.
