It is very beautiful. I had a few questions and troubleshooting with my picture and was amazed of the customer service this company has. They really try hard to keep you satisfied with their product and help you with any trouble or questions you may have. I appreciate that and it is also important to me. It takes a little research to be able to have the perfect results (air flow adjustment) but it’s worth it. They also have details and how to … in the item description. I got this before we moved into our new house as a house warming gift for my husband. He loves it. It looks great and works. It’s slow so it always looks different. I get so many compliments from everyone who comes over.

Doesn’t work properly. Sand gets stuck no matter the angle. When it does fall its either too fast or to slow and ends up looking terrible. Didn’t come with the syringe meant to adjust air inside. Terrible

Arrived in perfect condition. Perfect packaging. Love it.
