Started using the soap this week. It has cleared up the dermatitis and does not dry out my skin.

Well, it helps a lot with rosacea. It has a sulfur smell, but it works well and removes oil from the face.

Bought this to help with dry spots on my face and scalp. It works well, but it has a powerful Sulphur scent. I use this soap for a good scrub, and then have to go back with body wash to rinse of the smell. It does help with my skin though.

I love this soap. It's the only thing that works on my HS, and is gentle enough to use everyday. The sulfur smell is very light and can't be smelled on the body at all. I even am able to was my acne prone face with this.
