Unfortunately this only works for about 10 minutes then turns off. You have to keep turning it on again. I only like one mode (shiatsu) and I put it on 6-8. It had 15 levels I think. It must send electrical pulses because it tightens my muscles up then it releases. Not like an actual vibrating massager. It relieves a little tension until I can get a massage but it’s not something that would replace a massage. I use it a few times a week for about 3-5 cycles each time. To get it to stay tight on my neck I sit in my chair, put this on my neck then a neck pillow between it and my chair to hold it tight. Without the pillow I can’t feel it. I also can’t tell any difference on high heat mode 🤷‍♀️

I like it it heats and vibration several different settings it help me keep my neck from stress since I had a bulging disc and that in turn keeps the pain from going to my shoulder

Easy to use and it does give relief. I wish the sessions lasted longer and had a timer to set. The heat isn't all the way around. It only heats at the ends near rounded area. Also it would be nice to have more electrodes that go around the side. For the price it works great and as I said before it dies give relief.

This massager is a life saver. I have a lot of problem with my neck. This little massager is amazingly I am So happy I purchased it. I would highly recommend it. The price is right and worth every cent. Helped my neck the very first time I used it.

Tgis has really helped relieve pain in my neck. It has different settings and it can apply heat for soreness relief. The remote that comes with is easy to use. I nust wish it would turn it on when your ready to use it. I think overall it is a great device

I loved that it was so well made and couldn’t understand why it didn’t work!!! Very disappointed ! I thought I would feel a combination of heat and massaging of my neck and I didn’t feel a thing.
