It’s very easy to use as long as you use it correctly. I would say it’s worth the money and time spent using it because it really helps stretch your back and pop it. If you use it correctly it shouldn’t break and it is overall really sturdy. It’s a 10/10 product. Highly recommend buying it and I would also read up on how to use it so you don’t accidentally break it. 👍

As a morning shift nurse it requires a lot of walking and standing for 12 hours work and it puts a lot of pressure on my lower back. With this product it allows me to go home and relax and have my back stretch to relieve the pain and tension on my lower back. I recommend this product if you have a minimal back pain or muscle spasm on your back. Product is pretty sturdy and easy to use.

Overall product is pretty good. If you ever see videos about these things cracking your back, it has not done it for me. On the other hand, it has been really really good for my back when I need to stretch it out after sitting at a computer desk for hours on end. I definitely feel like it’s been good for my posture too. It does note on the intrusions to start with the lowest level first, FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS. I thought I was all tough and didn’t need the lowest setting so I immediately tried all three settings and it hurt quite a bit to go so high. Only go to what makes you feel comfortable.

First off, I'm not skinny. Chubbs here and was afraid of breaking it to be honest. I use it 15 min a day 1 session and it helps with my lower back pain. Now can't say it will work for everyone, but for the price and the risk of it not helping it was worth it. It feels uncomfortable for me the first 3 times, then my body started too easy into it. The packaging was simple, and instructions packed with it were detailed. 3 different arch positions easy to assemble and disassemble. Careful where you store it lol It's so easy to tuck anywhere, I honestly lost it for a day. Help this review makes sense and helps someone. Have a great day Y'all.

This is a great product!! It is very simple to put together and you can take it apart just as easy to make it flat again.I am currently using it on the second setting, of three. I can bend backward over it while laying on the ground pretty easily. I can even wiggle around a bit on it while stretched out to massage spots on my back.I can also feel the stretch in my abdomen as I stretch backward over it.And depending on if my knees are up or my legs are flat or even with my legs crosslegged I get different effects from my stretch and I can stretch different areas. That also goes for my arm placements.I recommend it, it is simple, it is inexpensive, and it works.

This device is amazing. Saw it at a friend's house and had to try it. Got one of my own. I use it twice a day for about 3-5 minutes. It's a little awkward and you have to find the right spot, but when you do it is wonderful. Great stretch, back has never felt better. I believe that my posture has improved as well.

Okay so I’m not digging this. I know it’s for stretching the back but I will say it’s pretty uncomfortable to lay on. The spikey bumps on it hurt. It does have different levels to put it. I got one am not a fan of it. It’s difficult to lay on and getting back up

I have been suffering from lower back pain. I purchased this item in the hopes of finding some relief. It really helped to “crack” my back. I found it not too sturdy, but maybe it’s my 205 lbs. It has provided much needed relief. My teenage daughter loves it! As does my wife! Thank you for providing this product.
