These are awesome!! The instructions on them are terrible though! Just do this and it’ll work instantly …Make sure you have your certified ink cartridges inside of your printer prior to installing them. Open your ink cover, remove each old cartridge at a time and replace with the new one. Close your cover and that’s it!(Pretty self explanatory I know, but the instructions included will make you question how to install these they’re really confusing. Just install them the way I mentioned and they will work immediately because mine did. **Your printer even recognizes the ink as being certified which will not effect your warrenty on your printer if your printers less then a year old.The only thing I did notice was that the black was about half the size of a brand name cartridge which isn’t a big deal because your still saving big bucks and would get 2-3 of these for the price of just one set alone.Great purchase and so happy someone finally got these available for the SG500!!

When I first got my sublimation printer I was so ready to return it. I was not willing to pay hundreds of dollars for ink. After doing some research I came across this ink and was genuinely impressed. I will most definitely continue to purchase this ink from now on.

Product works perfect with the chip update as of 05.12.2022 no water mark and reads ink levels. Thank you Thank you!!

One of the cartridges came busted and was all over.
