Chef's Star Linear Designed Brewing Bottles, Swing Top, 1 Liter, Set of 6

It comes with a cleaning brush so that came in handy as i use this to store cold pressed juice. Very cute design.

I wanted glass growlers. These fit the bill.

Even though I really only need just 1 bottle, I bought these to make my own vanilla extract. I didn't pay attention to the description to find that it came with a bottle brush and a little collapsible funnel so I was pleasantly sutprised. The product was well packaged so I didn't have any issues with broken bottles.

These are perfect for gift-giving at the holidays. Every Christmas, my husband makes homemade egg nog to give to friends and even a few business acquaintances, and these bottles are perfect for that. They work perfectly to hold liquids without leaking, and the shape and texture of these bottles is so pretty that they really add to the gift presentaton. These bottle are made of thick, clear glass and have beautiful, sculptural, fluted ridges all around. They look like perhaps they were hand blown; I can just imagine these bottles sitting in an Italian kitchen, holding olive oil. They'd also look cute clustered together on a table, each holding a single gerbera daisy blossom or some other flower with a long stem.The bottles fit nicely in gift bags designed to hold wine. Each bottle holds 32 ounces, which is the perfect amount, since 12 or 16 ounces isn't really enough egg nog to give as a gift, but more than 32 ounces is probably more than anyone would drink. Of course these could also be put to everyday use; they're a great size for water, juice, olive oil, vinegar, or even homemade sauces or salad dressings. I love that the lids are attached to the bottles so they won't get lost or separated, and each black stopper has a white silicone piece that ensures a leak-free seal.These bottles can be washed in the dishwasher, and the seller even includes a bottle brush if you'd rather hand wash them or if you need to clean out something thick or sticky. A small silicone funnel is also included and it is perfect to help fill the bottles without making a mess. These are two very thoughtful additions to this set. The seller packaged the bottles very well so that all six of them arrived in perfect condition.Overall these bottle are beautiful with their curvy, hand-blown look, are nice quality, reusable, dishwasher-safe, in the perfect 32-ounce size.

These bottles not only look unique and striking, but they work superbly for many things. The glass is solid and well made. The stopper and bail are durable and work very well. They allow homebrewed beer to develop its fizz and be stored for over a month, at least (I have only had mine for a month), without losing the fizz. They also work well for homemade soda, fizzy water, ciders, and storing opened sodas so they do not lose their fizz. I got these for homebrewing and am delighted with them. I sampled an Octoberfest lager I brewed tonight just before writing this review. I attended an Octoberfest last weekend to sample some traditional Octoberfest beers so I could compare my results with professionally made beer, and I am impressed. My Octoberfest Lager made in these bottles competes on an even footing with the best available at the Octoberfest.The bail closes the stopper tightly, and the seal is waterproof; even when the insides develop pressure or the bottle is turned upside down or laid on its side, there is no leakage. The bottles are easy to clean and even come with a useful brush for this purpose which works well. Homebrewed beers have a residue that settles to the bottom of the bottle, and I worried that the fluted sides might make these hard to clean, but this is not the case. When empty, they are easy to clean thoroughly and look like they will be reusable for many brewings. The bail system works much better and with less hassle than a traditional cork, which is hard to reseal well, or a cap that requires specialized equipment to put on and cannot be used to keep the contents of a partially empty bottle fresh and fizzed.The bottle's unique, almost handmade look adds to its appeal. They look very nice lined up on a shelf, and the clear bottles allow the liquid inside to be seen clearly.I definitely like these bottles and will be getting more of them.

I actually ordered this set of six, 1 liter Chef's Star Brewing Bottles (with nice Swing Tops) so my mom and I could paint on them with alcohol markers.In her 80s, she loves this new art activity of ours. At the end she gets a lovely big bottle to see the light shine through on her kitchen window sill. 😁 Kinda like stained glass.By "linear designed" they mean that there are ridges all around. This makes it a little more of a challenge to draw on them. But it also makes it much easier to hold the bottles, I think. Which would be great if we were actually brewers and wanted to take a swig of our bubbly concoction 🍺 after we had made it, lol 🤣The lids / caps open and close right.They include a bottle brush to make cleaning them easy.I'm impressed with how sturdy and thick the glass is. And how protected the bottles en route.These would also be great to put olive oil into, like when you craft some and include springs of rosemary, or whatever herbs, Chiles, and peppercorns etc. you prefer.Good for culinary, interior decorating such as kitchen decor, or arts and crafts.

Can be slippery while trying to fill.
