A: It is silent with a continuous sweep, no 'tik-tok'.  This will replace your noisy 'tik-tok' mechanism.

**Q: How long are the hands?**
A: Minute hand 7", Hour hand 5",  but I cut 1" off both, no problem.

**Q: Would this mechanism work to make a vinyl record clock?**
A: This Movement is made for a 1/2 inch clock face, maybe you could find another movement with a shorter shaft. Check the thickness of your record.

**Q: What size mechzm for h.miller 49” round stockton model 625472?**
A: You need a High Torque Movement with 17.5" hands.
