Very nice and clean come with little box

- Do not be swayed by the flimsy, poorly made, plastic case. Which is so bad. - I received a thin, bendy and on the one miswak bark i noticed dry rot or a streak of rot within it. I cut as much as i could and later tried it and the after taste was not pleasant at all. - I purchased this item in good faith and with somewhat reasonable expectations. I tend not to leave product reviews and i appreciate wholeheartedly believe that business owners do care about what they are trying to sell and attention given customer satisfaction. However, on this instance i feel this business has failed on various levels - so i feel compelled to write this review to express how disappointed i am with this order and i hope much more effort, attention and care is applied to these types of products in future. I pray they get their act together - source the product that customers will be happy with and pay attentiin to better and worthy product design, i.e. better miswalk container. The amount of money we are charged for for what is given away for relatively cheap in i.e. Muslim countries should be made and sold fairly and to expectation. Again, i hope they harken to this and make the necessary changes, or more people will end up thinking what did i just pay for!? Hope this helps.

I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, but I personally didn't like the taste. I saw it on tiktok and I thought it would be the same as guava twigs I had when I was younger. But it was great value for the amount you pay.
