Amazing for fallen arches and Plantar Fasciitis! (*Had to order oversized insole, trim to fit)
I've purchased many Superfeet insoles over the years and found most are somewhat small for me. The overall length is always ok, but the heel cup is not quite wide enough, nor is the arch support long enough. I used to be a heavy guy, carrying a lot more muscle when I ran, resulting in fallen arches and flat feet over the years. Perhaps too many sprained ankles from large rocks, gravel in Iraq. After owning/using many different pairs of Superfeet and recently suffering from Plantar Fasciitis, I tried a pair of Superfeet GO Pain Relief Comfort insoles, but the pain continued. I carefully reviewed the instructions received with my insoles, and tested the heel fit again.(typically wear a US size 10.5 run shoe) I was surprised to find that the heel cup was not nearly wide enough based on Superfeet included insert, even without socks and arch not nearly long enough either.Hence, I immediately knew I needed to order a larger size even though my feet were technically within the correct size chart. I wound up sending the GO Pain Relief insoles back and ordering an oversized Trailblazer Comfort instead and simply trimmed off some of forefoot length for custom fit.I've got a perfect fit now and would like to share, they're freaking Amazing! One week later, no more heel pain at all. Not even when taking my first steps on the hard kitchen floor in the morning. For best results my doc suggested I wait 6-8 weeks for all tendons/ligaments including any Achilles damage to properly heal before running again. When starting back up, I should gradually build up my runs to prevent recurrence.Long story.. Never assume you have the proper/best fit with you insole. Those with flat feet or fallen arches due to years of gradual soft tissue damage resulting from frequent exercise, ankle sprains, etc may actually need MORE arch support than an arch test may suggest. Heavier body types require wider and deeper cups for better stability, heel protection. Also, for Plantar Fasciitis, it is CRITICAL to choose an insole that has a longer, more re-inforced (harder, less flex) support bracket between the heel and forefoot to protect the Plantar Fascia ligament. The last part should be finding the right shoe to fit your insoles (i.e. neutral, with adequate width for oversize insole, etc) and possibly some thin running socks to match.Just hoping all my research and past experiences can help a few others who have suffered.

Grear customer supporr
Bought 2 pair of these. First pair doing great after a tough hunt and long hikes. Second pair starter to come undone by the heel. Customer support worked to get a refund and even sent a new free pair.

Super comfy
I purchased a different brand of Hiking boots because they were actually really waterproof but they were not nearly as comfortable as my usual brand. Purchased these and wore the boots today...1000% better. These things are so comfortable. I have a torn fascia and I didn't feel anything with these. Love them, purchasing more.Update 7/22/24I am in love. My Podiatrist wanted me to have surgery. I have 2 pairs of these. I switch one pair out between my hiking boots and hiking shoes and the 2nd pair I switch between my everyday and workout shoes. I hike between 4.5-15 miles and these inserts have yet to fail me. I workout 5-6 days wkly, again...they never fail me. I love them. I don't have any fascia pain and I'm definitely not having any surgery. Before these inserts I'd be in pain for days after EVERY hike. Love these, my next order will be added to my subscribed orders. 💯

BETTER THAN MEDICALLY PRESCRIBED CUSTOM INSERTS
I HAVE BEEN FAR BETTER OFF AND MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE AND MOBILE SINCE I REPLACED MEDICALLY PRESCRIBED INSERTS/SUPPORTS WITH THE SUPERFEET TRAIL BLAZERS. THE PRESCRIPTION SUPPORTS COST(U.S.) $175 AND ULTIMATELY PROVED TO BE UNWEARABLE, AS IT WERE, FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME. THEY RATHER HURT MY FEET, WERE IN GENERAL EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE—WORSE, THEY COULD NOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND. THE “SUPERFEETS,” ONTHE OTHER HAND, HAVE PROVEN TO BE REMARKABLY COMFORTABLE AND EFFECTIVE IN RELIVING THE PAIN I WAS EXPERIENCING WHILE TRYING TO TAKE EXERCISE. THEY WERE EASILY TRIMMED WITH A SCISSORS TO MY CORRECT SHOE SIZE ANDWERE EASILY SLIPPED INTO PLACE (I DO RECOMMEND TRIMMING THE INSERTS JUST A LITTLE AT A TIME. IT IS EASY TO MISTAKENLY CUT THEM TOO SHORT). IT IS MUCH EASIER NOW TO STAY ON MY FEET, EITHER WALKING OR PERFORMING WORK ACTIVITY WHILE STANDING IN PLACE, FOR LONGER PERIODS THANWAS BEFORE POSSIBLE. I CANNOT GUARANTEE OTHER BUYERS THAT THEY WILL HAVE THE SAME POSITIVE RESULT THAT IHAVE HAD. IF NOT, I THINK THE SUPERFEET INSERTS COULD BE LEGITIMATELY RETURNED TOAMAZON BECAUSE “THEY DIDN’T WORK.” I AM ASSUMING THAT ONE WOULD BE A MEMBER OF AMAZON’S “PRIME” ARRANGEMENT—WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. SUPERFEET ARE, TO BE SURE, MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER BRANDS OF “OVER-THE-COUNTER” INSERTS. BUT, IN MY OPINION, THE QUALITY AND EFFECTIVENESS ARE THERE AND THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RENUMERATION WHATSOEVER FOR RECOMMENDING THIS PRODUCT.

Well made
They are well made and they have nice structure with a good heel cup. Unfortunately the arch did not fit with the arch in my foot. That is a common issue for me, so not a failure of the insert.

Comfort good. Durability bad.
I'll start with the positive, these insoles are very comfortable. I use them in a pair of Terrex trail shoes that I have and they relieved pain that I'd typically have after a long hike with a pack. With that said.... I only have around 50 miles on them and they are falling apart. On a recent backpacking trip the top layer started separating at the heel. Once that layer leaves the foam underneath exposed, it quickly breaks down. These were worn in a well-fitting pair of shoes, so this is not due to a sloppy fit. Based on my experience, they feel great, but I don’t expect them to last much longer. I think marketing these towards hikers is not realistic and I don't feel like they were a good investment for that purpose. Your mileage may vary.

Not Durable
These fell apart after less than 2 months of use; ordered them June 22nd and they fell apart on August 15th. Huge waste of money, especially considering the break in period was significant - they made my feet sore for the first several hikes and by the time they felt comfortable the cheap thin foam started to tear.

Game changer!
The media could not be loaded. I hike A-LOT (5-30km day/ruggad multi day etc), my feet are challenging to find good fitting footwear, constantly protesting and these make a world of difference! If you have only used insoles that come with $ hiking footwear it does take time to get your feet accommodated to them (wear around house for a few hours and start with shorter trails as they can make your feet sore at first)Make sure they are maxed out in the shoe-not your actual foot as I was previously professionally fitted on another brand and could feel the edge as my foot slid forward on downhill which is very annoying. If your arches are longer size up and cut them down. The added arch support I didn't realize I needed has made the challenging search for 'wide enough without being sloppy' shoes much easier as the support does not allow your foot/toe area to flatten and splay out as much (hard to explain, google it lol)I gravitate toward trail runners any chance I get regardless of being on the 'wet coast' i dont feel the need for ankle support and find boots are frustrating. Doing more winter trips i have acquired a few pairs of boots as they are clearly a better choice with snowshoes. Working on breaking in a new pair of Arc’teryx I found myself beyond sloppy... I swapped out the insoles and finally understood why they are marketed for stability as well (I didn't note much of a difference in the trail runners aside from improved fit and comfort but the boots I gained some major improvements in stability) highly recommend! I ordered a pair of these and the comfort insoles sized up in both and my husband has snagged a pair for his hunting boots before I cut them down and will not be returning as he's loving the improvement he didn't know he needed 😂 he preferred the comfort as he felt they took up less room in his boot but they both seem similar thickness looking at them. He also does not put them endless kms on that I do.To add, if I had to guess I have probably put over 250 bush km on my first pair and they still look and feel brand new, (I believe they are supposed to be replaced way more often but I don't see a need-photo has used pair shown) I only purchased a second to avoid moving them shoe to shoe! Hope that's helpful with making decisions to purchase!
