When it arrived, I expected the quality of fruit I got with the mixed & was not disappointed, the fruit has a nice fresh, clean look that will look great in the cake, Tried a few pieces, no signs of it not being fresh & it tasted great. Perfectly sized for baking & like other Paradise products, I am sure it will retain the color when cooked.
