Very tart
Recommended by my surgeon. Tropical flavor is VERY tart for me, but chewing vitamins has it's challenges. Think sour patch kids and Flintstones chewable. Be aware of the iron dosage, the highest dose may not be necessary. I will try these in a different flavor and strength. Will buy again.

Perfect source of iron
I’m satisfied with this product it was hard for me to get my iron level up but this pill helped sooo much it absorbs very quickly and it’s chewable

Great vitamins
These are really good vitamins. Not the best tasting. They taste like a vitamin, not terrible. I have iron absorption issues and I’ve been taking these for 2 months. I just had blood work done and this is the first time over a decade that my levels are in the normal range!
