sound volume loudness are missing a "quiet" stage
You can make it silent, but it goes to silent from pretty loud. It is like it is missing a something like 10% volume level before going into silent mode (0% volume). It is like someone decided it makes sense to do something like: 100% -> 80% -> 60% -> 40% -> 0% (so going from 40% to 0% jumping a choise in bettween. other than that looks very nice, very elegant. and the not like a "cheap plastic"

Excellent customer service
I am giving it four stars. I bought it in late November 2023. It worked all fine until early Aug. It stopped working intermittently before going down completely. By my own analysis I figured out that issue could be with the receiver not the doorbell unit. I contacted the sellers. They kindly sent me replacement receiver unit in 2-3 days free of cost. I contacted again to how to make it working. There was trick of pairing new receiver unit with existing doorbell. They explained promptly. It worked fine.So my rating is:Ease of use: 5*Company credibility: 5*Value for money: 5*Product quality: 3-4* (purely based on my personal experience). May be new unit might work much longer

The one that survived
I've had many wireless doorbells over the past decade. Too many in fact, because they never last at all. This one did!The chime is loud, and can be adjusted both in volume and tone. The door button is solid, albeit lacks contrast and people sometimes don't notice it on a graphite door.Range is also good. In my case distance from door to chime is about 10 meters.
