Was a little concerned about buying off line, no need to worry. Delivery arrived on day stated, it was well boxed with insulated packet and something similar to an ice pack, very impressed. The cheese itself was as expected, would recommend

Un-Refrigerated for an unknown amount of time
Was starting to clump together, was wrapped in silver bubble wrap but wasn't cold when I received considering it is supposed to be kept refrigerated I wouldnt say this has been stored appropriately.

Warm cheese, food safety risk
Unfortunately didn't get to try the product as it arrived warm, the product spec says this cheese should be kept at max of 5c. This is a food safety risk, you could get sick.

Covered it potato starch and still a bit more expensive than supermarket mozzarella. Didn’t notice a difference in taste either.
