The material is soft and there is a lot of room. My biggest gripe is the placement of the zippers on the front pockets. When used as a shoulder bag, the zippers face down. If any are slightly open, the contents will fall out.Kudos for the long narrow bottom pocket...I use it to store my compact umbrella.

The overall construction is good- I’m. It afraid if it falling apart. I’ve taken it on domestic and international trips and it’s held up very well.What I don’t like about it is the direction of the zippers of the external compartments on the front of the bag. When you use it like a briefcase, when the zipper-pulls are on the top of the compartment, the compartment is open. This means that when the compartment is zipped closed, the zipper-pull is hidden from view. I’ve had several incidents when the zipper was not full closed and contents had come out. I’d give it five stars if this problem didn’t exist.

Very happy with this message bag. It has so many pockets and compartment. Really like that you have three different options as to how to carry the bag. Would have been nice for it to have a water bottle pocket on the side, but it does have a zippered compartment on the bottom front that you can fit an insulated water bottle.

the strap use in backpack mode is a problem ,should have as other with a hook on with only 1 strap that pulls out, instead of 2 straps that need pull out like this one has . what this cause is very uncomfortable use, the connecting part of the 2 straps, the plastic hook land right on my chest, very very uncomfortable

I normally used a backpack for travel and work but didn't like how you could really NOT organize the computer tablet items inside it.I decided to try this one, and OMG I love it!Everything can be organized in it, you can carry it like a bag or throw it over your shoulder as a backpack. The best of both worlds, wish I had found it sooner.I use it for all work carries, it is amazing. Love the grey color too.I would recommend it for sur.

Casual but started to look dumpy after a few weeks. The front pockets zip opposite than they should so items would fall out easily. I had surgery and used this as a backpack when I shouldn't have been lifting. Won't use it again. One the the straps is tearing from the bag.

The product is great but the way it was wrapped it was awful the bacg was folded in half and it was all wrinkle i had to stretch everything by hand it made the bag look like it was from a second hand store
