I mounted it inside of my front ebike basket to hold my bike tools and spare tube. Foam was easy enough to cut out with a knife along the precut grid. The foam grid is nice and small making it easy to get exactly what you need. The case is super rugged and I have no doubt it’ll protect the camera from whatever accidental bumps or drops that may happen. I did have to cut out part of the egg crate foam on the lid to accommodate for the silicone eyepiece which was getting smashed initially. Nice amount of extra space for an additional lens in the future too. I drilled holes near the handle hinge to put a shoulder strap on it and I like that a lot more than just having the handle. Overall I’m very happy with it for the price and I prefer it to other options I saw for camera storage!
