Hi there Easy Flow is a balanced acrylic vehicle that makes interior and exterior emulsion and acrylic paints including acrylic woodstains work and level like oil-based paints.

Is owatrol easy flow paint conditioner non-toxic, is it archival, and can it be mixed with other acrylic pouring mediums?

Yes and yes. I believe it is non toxic, although I wouldn't drink it. And yes, I like to mix it with DecoArt Pouring Medium and GAC800.
