I got this car for my son's first birthday and he loves it. I use the remote to drive it until he can drive the car himself. It stays charged for a long time too. We go on 30 to 40 minute walks and it makes it the whole way without dying or slowing down.

Great idea: remote to operate car until child is old enough to operate. Gift for grandson, who loved it! He was very quickly disappointed because the car won't work. Either the battery life is very short or the car came with a bad battery. We ordered a new battery. It charged one time and now it doesn't work either. This was purchased as a new product in April 2022. Such a disappointment!

The WORST item I have ever purchased on Amazon. First, let me start off by saying that this item DOES NOT take only 10 mins to put together. It took around 45mins to 1 hour. Why? Because the instructions are horrible. It’s obvious that English is not the primary language of this company, therefore grammar is totally off and sentences do not make sense. There were times when I had to put the car together from on my own intuition. Second, after I finally put the car together the car did not work even after charging it for 5 hours. I then had to troubleshoot on my own. I realized that a wire in the battery pack was not connected (again, instructions never told me to connect it). Finally after connecting the wires then the car worked. But let me be clear, it worked for 5-10 mins before dying. After 5 hours of charging and only working for 5-10 mins was quite pathetic. I contacted customer service and they told me to run all these troubleshoot with the wiring as if I’m an electrical engineer. Sorry, but I am not going to rip apart your car and re-route your wirings. After a week of frustration I decided to return the car. LET ME BE CLEAR, this company does not tell you that they will pay for your return until you already paid it yourself. I finally returned the item and shipping fee costed more than the car!!! The car was about $168 after tax, and the return shipping fee was $178. I asked that they at least reimburse me 50% of the shipping cost but they said their system cannot do that and their manager won’t allow. Seriously, your system won’t do that? Haha. What a joke. They were only going to give me $20 reimbursement for the shipping fee and will offer 10% discount for my future purchase with them. Seriously? After all this BS and they expect me to purchase from them again? Third, customer service was horrible. After talking to them for about a week I knew this situation was not going to go well or go anywhere, therefore, I decided to drop all communications and spare myself more headaches. MY ADVICE TO YOU, after reading my review, make your best judgement whether you want to buy from these guys. Never will I ever purchase from these folks ever again. Again, I’ve been purchasingu items from amazing since 2012 and this has been the worst experience ever.

Do not buy this vehicle. Received as a gift. The instructions are terrible. The company states they can’t help. They apparently don’t have a supervisor and can’t contact corporate either. Can’t put the steering wheel or rear wheels on. And they hung up because I said I want to speak to a supervisor or corporate. Returning this piece of junk.
