They creak and make a lot of physical noise every time you move your head at all. Just Google "PSB microphonics". If you're into staying perfectly still while using your wireless headphones then I guess you won't care about this. The ANC isn't great, certainly not comparable to anything by Sony or Bose. The sound is fine, but nothing special, especially for the price. I love that these have a replaceable battery.
