Wow Wow Wow, this cereal right here is the absolute digidy, and the health benefits, also you can eat hot or cold. Add your proteins, or I do not know if you have to add, this is a superfood cereal. When you eat it you really want to be outside with the fresh air or whatever it is one of the most delightful cereals I had in my life and I'm 66 lol hahahaha I recommend this to anyone that can chew!!! It to me is that good. Sooooo Goood

I absolutely love Seven Sundays Muesli Cereal! The flavor is excellent, especially for a gluten-free product, which can sometimes be hit or miss. Great taste, healthy ingredients. I do the overnight oats thing and pour almond milk into a bowl of this cereal, the night before, then microwave it in the morning. I look forward to breakfast every morning.

OK. Pretty crunchy and tasty, well packaged.

I am allergic to nuts and have such a difficult time finding muesli cereals and granola that doesn't have nuts and isn't high in sugar. There are pumpkin seeds in this, which I can handle in small amounts. There is a touch of sweetness to the taste from the dried apples and dried blueberries, but it's not too sweet, and I don't feel a need to add anything to this. I actually eat it dry with a spoon and enjoy it. I have this as a subscription item and get it monthly. Amazon sells it for much cheaper than it is at the store, and I can only find it at one store by me, and they are out of stock often, so I like the dependable nature of ordering it via subscription here.

The only Muesli that I’ve found and LOVE! This stuff is absolutely amazing. I do love to add some extra goodies like cinnamon and pecans and a tad of real maple syrup.

So delicious with or without milk. If I have it with milk I use almond milk and it's very tasty. Also nice for a snack alone. Will keep buying this brand and flavor. Might try another flavor down the road.
