**Q: It says tire tpms sensor so i'm guessing it wouldn't fit older model vehicle like a 94 accord with 16×7 4lug rims**
A: It should still fit. They work fine without a tpms sensor mounted to them.

**Q: Would a 05 Honda Odyssey type tpms be able to screwed on to the back of the valve ?**
A: No, these will not work for a vehicle that wants to retain the TPMS sensor.
These are sensor-less stems they will not accept a TPMS sensor as there is nowhere to screw up it into.

just buy new TPMS and fix your car correctly.
