Regarding the quality or lack there of, I would suggest you not buy it. The baskets are extremely difficult to pull in and out of. And the most annoying are the way the baskets themselves are made. There are twigs and branches, poking threw each basket. I didn't want it to damage my clothes. As I am sure no one would . So my husband and I created templates out of cardboard. It didn't work and we ended up sending the unit back. I do not recommend buying this at all. **Q: What’s the difference between the distressed white in the vintage white?** A: With all due respect, I have gotten several requests for questions, and I gave a terrible review for this Storage Tower. i.e. drawers are extremely difficult to pull in and out of, the baskets are so cheaply made that if someone were to use it this tower, the "sticks" from the baskets would surely damage any clothing. Therefore, for all these and more reasons, I returned it. I do not recommend this product and recommend you save your money. The bottom of the hole that the drawers go in is open which causes the wicker to break off when I pull the drawer out and push it back in. This causes the broken wicker to fall off, into the drawer beneath it and it makes a mess. I'm trying to find a thin piece of wood to place on the bottom of the opening to prevent this from happening but the manufacturer should design it like that so this doesn't happen because other than that, they are really nice.
