Good quality product - replaces the OEM toner cartridges perfectly. It has the same chip identifier so the printer recognizes it right away and it works just like OEM. Print quality is the same as before also. Good product for saving some money.

Loved the price but not for the quality. First I didn’t get what they have pictured so that’s that. This is new color for my printer but seams like it’s missing the “color” the pages I have printed look very faded, it’s new so I want bright and vibrant. Not getting this one again.

This is simply the best choice for replacement toner for your Samsung laser printer. Our starter toner had finally run out so I checked out Samsung for supplies. They wanted close to $350 to replace all four toner cartridges in our laser printer. That's almost double what I paid for the printer itself. These came quickly and installed fine. I had an issue with the magenta cartridge streaking and another one was questionable. I contacted Cool Toner support and they got back to me quickly. I told them the troubleshooting steps I took and it was determined that I unfortunately received a dud. It could have possibly been due to the Alaskan winter cold and the fact it had to travel air mail to reach us. Either way, Cool Toner dispatched two replacement cartridges to us via UPS 2-Day Air. These cartridges installed fine and performed well. I understand sometimes things get damaged in shipping or you just receive a dud, it happens. What I was really impressed at was the speed and effortless way that Cool Toner took care of us and made sure we were up and running. The Cool Toner support rep even followed up with us afterward to ensure the replacements worked okay. At the time I'm writing this review, the replacements have been operating flawlessly for about 5 months. They will definitely be my first choice when it comes time to replace our cartridges again.

The price is decent for the set of cartridges. They were very easy to install and all work fine except the magenta, which isn't working properly. The colors are off with not enough red. It's not clear what to do as far as returns go if a single cartridge in a set isn't good. I can muddle through with this set and use another color printer for documents that MUST have true colors, but I'm not sure I'd risk buying these again. Update: customer service responded to my review with a nice email and apologized for the defective cartridge. Giving a possible reason why the cartridge is defective, they then offered me a choice of replacement, full refund, or Amazon gift card. I chose the gift card, which they sent promptly.

We bought the multipack compatible color toners for my Samsung Xpress C1860FW printer from Cooltoner.com. #113-7734889-0525856. When I installed the yellow color cartridge the printer kept on saying the " Y not installed"' I called the customer support, Mike, the representative of cooltoner.com was polite and efficient--he sent me a new replacement within a few days. The new replacement works and now I am enjoying my printer again. It has been more than a month or so of daily printing, the toners are still working and the prints are neat and clear ( no smear or black shadows etc). Very pleased with products and good customer service. Will buy again.

Super easy installation. Printer recognized cartridges and I was able to print quickly. That being said there are differences when compared to original Samsung toner. First, the cooler brand toner is indeed much cooler, in tone that is. You can look at my pictures to see the difference. The Samsung toner printed images are to the right. The Cool Toner brand is to the left and it is overall darker and with a much bluer cast. Also, I printed the Cool Toner brand on super high quality heavyweight paper, giving it an advantage. Another thing I noticed is that the replacement toner is matte when heated onto paper. The Samsung toner is somewhat shiny on the paper. My old Oki C5150n also had shiny toner and I liked it; but the matte is nice too. I just wish the images weren’t so dark overall and it's bad enough that I won't be back and do not recommend it. The red and green definitely are cooler and have a bluer cast. On the bright side, some of the finer image detail is better seen with the Cool Toner brand but the dark and blue cast is not good. It is not the same as the OEM toner, but it works. I won't buy it again.

Bought this package for my samsung laser printer, they work brillantlly, great colours and clear print of text.

At first the toner was incompatible with with the printer. I powered the printer down for 15 min as per some instructions. It still came up as incompatible due to not being Samsung original. I left it for a few days before I was going to send it back I turned on the printer and the toner was accepted.
