Early days, but the replacement charge port/mic board fitted my A12F perfectly, and now I have a fully working phone! The job took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. Symptons were : mic wasn't working when making calls, unless I used speakerphone. All sorted, happy customer :)

Fixed the issue with the microphone not working on Samsung A12 phone. Quick as easy to replace. Included screwdrivers worked well to remove the original. Cheaper than going to a repair shop or replacing phone. Would recommend.

My USB port had been getting worse over time, only connecting if the cable was held at a certain angle. I tried cleaning it and other cables with no success. I saw that this was a common problem and that a board replacement was the likely fix. I could have taken it to a repair shop for a £80 fee but thought I'd give this a go. Long story short, it worked out great. Bit of a pain to crack it open, and always fiddly with the ribbon cables, but be careful and patient and it's pretty easy. I didn't end up using the included tools as I had some slightly bigger ones that also did the job. I used the youtube video guide v=TVJN4FYk2t8

My wife's A12 suddenly developed a problem whereby she could only be heard with the speakerphone on. A search of the Internet pointed the finger at the phone's charging board as it also has the microphone on it. Found this well priced replacement board here on Amazon so took a stab as it was either that or buy new phone ...and given the price of these phones better to stump up for a new phone than stump up cost of getting it fixed... in my opinion. There is a very good YouTube video showing you how to replace the A12 charging board if you are hesitant about having a go. But all I'll say is once you get the case open (that's actually the hardest part) it's pretty easy to fit IF you can see clearly and take your time. If your eyes aren't great you can still do it but you'll probably need something like a craft magnifying glass to clip onto something to see the very small antenna connector. It's a little fiddly to be honest but even with my less than nimble fingers and older eyes I managed it so just go slowly and carefully and you'll have little trouble if any. Now opening the case takes patience. I don't understand why manufacturers make it so awkward. You need a tool to slide between the two case halves along the edge to basically prise it apart using firm pressure. If it takes a bit of time persevere as I expect many have found it a little tricky but you'll get it open eventually. I purchased an inexpensive kit from Amazon for the purpose of opening the case.. it had case opening tools and screwdrivers specifically for phones / small electronics too. Even with that purchase it was still cheaper than the price I was quoted to fix the phone. The screwdrivers that come with this board (you can see them in the product photos) are smaller than those toys you get in crackers so don't rely on them to be of use. I didn't bother trying; they really are tiny. Anyway. My wife's phone is now working again. She is pleased too. So job done.

I bought this for a12 in uk. Well since fitting this phone does not connect to network. Fixed the charge and serial port but something not right. Marked ver 2c. The one out of phone maflrked 2D....... Gave up on if bought new phone

The part is missing a little rubber block with a gold strip that connects the antenna ,i order a second one and it arrived the same and since replacing this part my phone will charge but no longer receives calls or has access to the Internet

muy bien, funciona perfecto despues de que le micro dejo de funcionar , los tornillos que lleva son de risa , pero son graciosos, pero mejor usar normales mas grandes, los que vienen son minis minis i si tienes los dedos gordos eso no hay quien lo agarre!
