Great soft-sided Lunchbox
Quite happy with this purchase. Works well and fits my needs. My thought for improvement would be to add a zippered pocket to the backside of the cooler. This would add more storage and provide a bit of structure to the backside, as it wants to collapse unless support by items inside the cooler.

The sides do not stay up and I was very disappointed
I used this for lunch and the sides will not stay up and it causes the bag to tip over window closed for return so I am throwing it away
