Terrible Purchase. Buyer Beware *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on July 20, 2017* Two Stars is for the pattern and color to be fair. The chemical smell of the material was pretty bad when it arrived. I (stupidly) assumed I could wash it out. It only got worse on the first wash and left a toxic odor in the machine. I pity the workers who have to handle the dyes going into this fabric and their life expectancy. After 5 washes wiith second rinse, delicate cycle in cold water as directed and using 2 high quality pods with 4 bigh quality sheets in the dryer (4 drys on low as directed) the smell is down to something bearable. I am severely crippled and re packing and returning ia very difficult for me, or it would have gone right back. I thought for sure I coould make it smell great with an array of laundry products. I hope over the next few washes it will settle down. As for the color, it is a.decent golden color so I am giving the second star for that as well as the pattern, which is the second redeeming quality. The patttern is nice, but it is not a quilt. It is a very thin sort of cover. Two pieces of fabric.sewn together. Not what I expected. It will look ok as a thin decoration if i can get past the smell. However, I do not recommend purchasing or supporting these types of companies with your dollars. I do not support companies that use whatever toxins that went into this.. Spend an extra ten or fifteen bucks and get a real quilt. It was simply false advertising and this type of marketing and production I will not support. I will try to get a decent photo and post in a second review for Amazon shppers to make their own decision. I have this on my guest bed and it is good quality for the price.
