Q: How’s the arch support?

I might not be the best judge of that as I have a flat foot. These shoes are comfortable, but I had to go down 1/2 a size to be able to keep them on my feet. Again, this is me, not the shoe. They are really nice, easy on, cool (temp wise), and they look nice at the beach with shorts or jeans. OK, anywhere really.

Q: Is there a seam inside across the top of the foot? It doesn't look like it....

There is no seam across the top. Even where the bottom is sewn to the top, there is no seem on the inside.

Q: I don’t know the inside fabric. Would these be comfortable worn with bare feet? Like an indoor/outdoor slipper shoe?

The inside fabric is a soft smooth denim like material. However, this is a snug fitting shoe and might be a tight fit for a slipper effect.
