Great idea
Unfortunately, my mom passed away before I was able to use this, so it was returned. For people who are completely disabled there are a lot of different things now online so that you do not have to put your loved one in a nursing home. PS there is no such thing as a good nursing home.

Helpful
I purchased this inflatable bathtub for my father who had a CVA back in May, and my father enjoys every time he's bathed. Since we began bathing him in the bathtub, he seems less stressed and happy, given the circumstances. For our family is money well spent to make my father's life and taking care of him easier.

Hard to Drain
The bed bath is a good concept, yet it is hard to drain. If the drain were located in the middle section of the bath bed, instead of at the foot of the bath, I think it would drain. Once I had my husband in the bed bath, the water settles around the heaviest part of the body (waist, butt, lower back), and there was/is no easy way to get the water to the feet area to drain. And, if the person you are bathing has difficulty moving or rolling over, this bath is more trouble than it's worth. Sorry.

It’s the water bag that is the problem.
My daughter has cerebral palsy and she has had to have 3 emergency surgeries in 5 weeks. She is unable to bend at the middle. So I brought a inflatable bathtub and she loves it. Even though it’s hard to drain all the water out I still have been able to work around that. The problem I have with this system is that after just 6 uses the water bag has started leaking. I can get a replacement for another company and they are only $25.00 I really hope that it lasts longer than 6 uses.

Complete package for bathing for bed bound elderly
Only thing I'm unhappy with is no instruction papers for set up/ dismantling the system are included in the packaging other then for the electric pump.

Poor design
Who on earth thought it was a good idea to place the drain hole at the foot of the unit. All of the water gathers at the hips of the user, so the drain should be placed near the middle of the tub. I saw a recent review that stated they fixed this problem, so that's why I placed my order. Turns out, they have not fixed it in the drain hole is still located at the feet. Update: Aug 2nd 2025 I ordered the Circa Air tub that costs $114. It is vastly superior in quality, the walls come up slightly higher to keep water in, and most importantly... The drain is located at the hips. The drain tubing is also twice the diameter, so it drains twice as fast.
