i let it get cold and use it to make ice-cream with frozen fruit but you can also use it to make whipped cream of course! and im sure there are so many other creative things you could do with it too! it naturally has a slight sweet taste but if you want it sweeter use honey, date syrup, or stevia to get how you want it...highly recommend! 💯😋

On the right are salt from Maldon in the UK and a Japanese seaweed salt in which each grain seems to be "handmade" from the inland seas...magical. But I digress! The coconut flavor is spectacular! In case you didn't get it, it's simply out of this world! Does it taste like raw coconut? Well, actually it tastes like heavy cow's cream which sat in a mound of fresh coconut pulp overnight. If someone didn't tell you there's no dairy and that there is coconut...YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY MISS IT COMPLETELY. Again, just a slight hint of coconut. As YOU stir it...it gently evenly mixes with my cold coffee. Recall, this keto friendly coffee has NO BITTERNESS because I brewed it without the heat which pulls out the acidic oils that are bitter! So, my coffee is deeeeee icious! Want some? I know you do. The kiss of zested lime sits on the top of my cup as if it was a floral note...like sipping coffee on the front porch of a bungalow on the island of Bora Bora after a gentle rain left birds chirping on the still damp leaves...sipping coffee, watching the sun rise, feet up on a railing...letting the mind wander over the best Heavy Coconut Cream with lime zest, Vietnamese cinnamon and cold-brewed coffee. At this point, I have tried pretty much the whole spectrum of natural coconut cream products available on Amazon, and strongly feel that there is nothing out there that comes even close to this one. Certified organic, and totally natural, this also does not have the questionable guar gum additive that always leaves a funny taste residue in my mouth. This is nothing but thick, creamy, pure coconut flavor, perfect for smoothies, ice cream, or whipped cream, and also great for cooking stuff like creamy curry dishes as well! Also, unlike that which I had come to expect now and again from some coconut product brands, I have never yet had a thinner liquid filled 'dud' of a can with this brand, it is all top quality. This stuff usually goes for about $4-5 a can, which is a perfectly reasonable price for such a high quality product, I have seen it jump up to as much as $12 a can sometimes however, which seems absurd. Catch it when the price is low, because it appears to fluctuate rapidly.

This is real coconut cream - just coconut and water, with no gums or fillers. Organic too. It's delicious and I will definitely purchase it again.

I am vegan and live in the middle of nowhere. So I bought this thinking I could substitute it for a couple of Thanksgiving recipes that I usually use frozen vegan whip for. Luckily I had unexpectedly found some of the vegan frozen whip at a grocery store the week before and bought that as a back up because when I opened this it was curdled and looked like gray water with tiny curdled chunks of coconut. I tasted it and it was definitely sour and spoiled. Never thought to open a canned good ahead and make sure it wasn’t spoiled! Almost ruined my Thanksgiving! I will not buy again and risk it being bad. In fairness, it have gotten too hot or cold on transit to my home and not be the seller’s fault. Not sure at what point it got spoiled but was definitely a disappointment.

The product is fine...or is it? The side of the can has a large dent in the side. Unsure if I should throw it out or open it…hmm

I was really excited to finally find some coconut cream that doesn't contain guar gum. For some reason that particular additive has always upset my stomach. I can put this in my tea every day, and it doesn't bother me at all. The texture is also really great! It makes me wonder why other brands put in additives in the first place. It's definitely a little on the pricey side, but worth it if you want to avoid unnecessary or harmful chemicals.

This item looks like a fake product. The can label is regular paper with slightly different information as the original item advertisement (ie. No mention of 13.5oz of 378ml Only 378 ml showing on the label). Not willing to ingest the coconut cream as I'm unsure of the substance inside. Opened the can and it smells spoiled of a chemical scent as if it has expired long ago. - Very Disappointed and Unhappy Customer as this is my first ever negative review given.
