Sorry, I do not know the dimensions for the traditional chafing pans. The outer dimensions lip to lip are 20-3/4" x 12-3/4". Hope this helps.

I haven't opened the carton yet, but based on what I have bought in the past, the depth should be approximately 3 inches.
