I followed the instructions to trouble shoot the pressure problem and after identifying that it was the Tank, Sean sent me a new tank, I installed it and now my RO iSpring unit is functioning beautifully with a steady stream of water coming out of the spigot. What great customer service! I was able to get a hold of Sean very easily and he sent out the new tank very quickly.
