Had to search for this product. Had one originally since 2018 and never once had a problem with it. The ONLY reason I was looking for another was because it was lost at my office while I was away. Takes a little to get warm, but stays nice and hot for my long sessions with massage clients. The bottle is fantastic since it has a wider pump for when I need more with lotioned hands. Will update if there's any issues with this one but the last one was perfect, so I pray this one lasts just as long.

This massage oil warmer is great! I just wish the liner bottle was something other than plastic. I don't want the plastic to seep into my jojoba oil.

The oil that's pumped out still comes out lukewarm. The pump is so cheap that when you pump it oil sprays out about three feet in three different directions. This is a very cheap product. You're better off microwaving your oil.

Had mine for five years now, and it has held up pretty well, so my complaints are with the design rather than the execution. This thing WANTS to tip over. They gave it the stupidest shape possible, so it is unstable and tips over all the time. The problem is made worse by the fact that the power cord is one of those really thick, heavy ones that has its own opinion about whether to uncurl or not. The base should be the widest part, and it should be bottom-heavy. Especially because they fitted the bottle with a pump nozzle. Putting the power switch on the back also sucks. You can't tell whether it's on or off without turning the entire device around to look at the back. And if one or both of your hands are slick with massage oil, the power switch can be hard to press, because it's one of those rockers instead of being a push-button, and you have to apply horizontal force to turn it off. It should be a push-button on the top. So, they made a few bone-headed decisions that make the product substantially less convenient, create messes, and generally make it feel like the device is actively fighting you rather than being an inert object. They forgot that form should follow function. I guess somebody at HQ really loves that bulging cylinder aesthetic. MAJOR BENEFIT: unlike almost all other massage oil heaters, this one fits standard-sized bottles, which means you aren't restricted to the one crappy kind of bottle the vendor provides (which is how those crooks intend to make their money). So, I was able to replace the pump nozzle with a simple spigot from a restaurant ketchup bottle, and now I don't have to worry about the first pump of oil being cold because it was trapped in the pump tube. (All other massage oil heaters have that problem.) You can replace your entire bottle with a third party bottle, or just replace the nozzle with a different one you like. You can't do that with any of the other massage oil heaters on Amazon, because those vendors are hoping to trap consumers into buying their proprietary, oddly-sized bottles (which are often really crappy on their own merits). So, the one really nice thing I can say about this massage oil warmer is that they didn't take away your ability to replace their crappy bottle with a good bottle. Sadly, that is the state of the art in this market. I'm replacing mine after 5 years because the power cord has a weak bend that is starting to short out, and as frustrated as I am with this one, all the alternatives are unacceptably worse. There has been zero innovation; they're all converging on the worst designs.

I really liked this unit and gave had it for at least 3 years. It’s true it takes a long time to heat all of the contents through. My issue was that it came apart at the seam about a year go so I’ve been careful with it but now it just stopped heating although it has power. I’m going to replace it with a different brand.

Le modèle est très beau. Il fonctionne très bien. Il faut néanmoins l'allumer bien à l'avance pour lui permettre de chauffer le flacon d'huile. Je trouve cela tres agréable sur la peau, la sensation de chaleur ainsi que l'odeur de l'huile qui change de texture apporte une autre dimension aux massages mes clientes adore. Je vais d'ailleurs commander d'autres flacons pompes chez ce vendeur pour compléter celui-là
