Baume.Be, Shaving Cream, 6.76 Fl Oz

Very good product however the last two orders it has been hard as a rock probably won’t order again for that reason original order it was smooth and creamy worked Great the last two orders were very disappointing !!

This is an update tp my earlier review...Received first jar, but the cream was a bit hard and seemed old. Customer support replaced it and the new jar is softer, very creamy. Jar seems to be black glass and is nicer than most.The cream itself has a pleasant, mild, not over-the-top fragrance, and is perfect for me. For those of you who prefer to be overwhelmed by fragrance, look elsewhere.I've been wet shaving for more than 25 years, so I'm no novice and I've used many different products over the years. The Baume.be cream is almost buttery, with excellent cushion and slick protection, even better, perhaps, than my favorite Truefitt & Hill. This one will go immediately into rotation and may become my new favorite!Very pleasant experience overall, highly recommended.

I have struggled to find a shaving cream that performed as well as this one for sensitive skin. Lots of other high end creams will leave me broken out. It has a great lather, a very feint clean scent (no perfumes), and all natural ingredients. Its not the cheapest stuff you'll find out there, but as with most things, you truly do get what you pay for. I liked the saving cream so much, I went on to buy the aftershave (no alcohol), and the pre shave gel. Not enough good things to say about this product.

I've tried many a creams due to my sensitive skin and this one has to be top 4 creams for me. The scent is deceiving from when you give it a whif out of the jar, as it seems to change as you whip up your lather in a very good way , has super protection on the skin and is very slick as the other reviews have listed. As for the scent changing as you lather, to my nose it starts out a bit floral or something and reminds me of almost like an aqua cologne type of scent like old Nautica cologne or some sort of scent I smelled some time back that I just can't quite put my finger on, and I really enjoy it.I'll keep this cream in my rotation and put it up there with Truefitt & Hill Ultimate Comfort because of glide and cushion, and Musgo Real for post shave softness/ moisturizing. Really can not go wrong!

I have used all the major brands and many minor ones as well and I would put this in the top drawer category. The glide, cushioning and lubrication are as good as it gets. It comes in a heavy glass jar, 200 ml (6.84oz), and the consistency is very soft. Lathers easily and the performance is top notch. Two niggling points: 1) To those of you to whom fragrance is important this puppy has none to mild.2) It doesn't moisturize the skin post-shave well.To those of you who use a post-shave balm this may not be important to you. At $24 a jar this is probably mid-point between too expensive and too cheap, but all in all a very good product.

Fantastic shave cream. Yellow(ish) in the tub, creamy, thick, white on the brush and the beard. Virtually no scent, no irritation, super sensitive skin friendly. Recommended by Brian at Executive Shaving. Sorry, Brian, couldn't drop more on international shipping than the product cost. Will hit you up for a larger order in future when shipping cost is justified. SUPERB PRODUCT!

I’ve been using Taylor of Old Bond Street for years, Avacado has been my favorite of all their shaving creams! Just for the heck of it I thought I’d try something different and I was glad I did! BAUNE.BE is my new favorite shaving cream! It is by far better than Taylor of Bond Street! It’s expensive, but then again you only need to use a small amount and it smell really good! So if you want to try something different that you won’t regret, this is the shaving cream to try!Patrick

This is my favorite shaving cream. It quickly produces a very creamy slick lather. It cuts irritation down significantly and cushions the skin. At first, I couldn't seem to figure out the right amount of water to add then I watched a video by a professional shop owner who advised to start out with a small almond sized amount of cream which I put on a wet brush then add 2 teaspoons of water to my shaving bowl and stir. I about 2 minutes I have a perfect lather. This same company also makes an after shave balm which is just great.
