Having just turned 60. I remember the dread of using Centrum Silver for the 1st after I turned 50. It's always been a great product as far as I'm concerned. I've never gotten any negative feedback from various doctor's that I've seen over the years. It is easy to swallow. I just take it with my morning glass of orange juice. But I wanted to write this review. Because I have seen many questions of various products about the expiration date. I got my order in Jan of 2022 with an expiration date of May of 2023. Well over a year. At 100 pills per container no problem. The bottle and box we labeled as "New Look" which it is. But the pills themselves look about the same.

So happy my partner finally decided to start using Centrum 50+ for men (I have been using 50+ for women for years and am satisfied). We received it only last week so he has been taking it for about a week. He says it's easy to swallow, the taste is ok. As for ''Absorbency'' he think that only a lab test can determine that. He is hoping that his body absorbs most of the vitamins and minerals in each Centrum supplement
