This is one great prodeuct! Works great!
I have used this prduct twice and only word word can describe it ...AWESOME. Easy to use and keeps my PICC set up totally dry. I didn't have any weird smell as was mentioned in a different post. The product allows me to use both arms and hands to take a shower with confidence it will stay dry at the PICC site.

Not impressed
Bought this product because the oncologist told us this was what we were to use. Every time it gets used we need to tape the top and bottom so the water doesn't get in. I thought the sleeve was supposed to seal tight around the arm so tape wasn't necessary. It is hard to understand what size to buy as the sizing chart on the bag and on the site give different numbers. I measured the top and bottom of the arm 3 times to make sure the measurement were correct before I ordered. It protects the picc but is a hassel to use. For the price that I paid I expected a better product.
