I have been a longtime Plantronics user and over the years dozens of people who have worked for me have used their headsets as well. I recently decided to try the Poly Voyager 4310 and I am extremely glad I did. I also purchased the additional power base for extended range and this setup is phenomenal. The sound quality is crisp and clear and nearly all background noise is completely eliminated. The noise cancellation is outstanding and the range absolutely blows my mind. I can move around freely without any drop in quality or connection issues which is a game changer for long workdays on the phone. This is exactly the level of quality I have come to expect from this brand. I have tried cheaper no name options in the past and they simply do not compare. Good things are seldom cheap and cheap things are seldom good. This headset is well worth the investment and I would highly recommend it to anyone who relies on clear professional call quality.

I purchased this in May of 2023. It’s now September 2024 and the headset has stopped connecting to my computer, wirelessly & with the wire. So it’s the headset itself that no longer works. I purchased the protection plan that Amazon attached to this product, however, Amazon attached the wrong protection plan to the product so now Asurion & Amazon won’t replace my headset even though I purchased the protection plan linked to the listing. Save your money and purchase from a reliable seller. Would NOT recommend purchasing from Amazon. 0/10 customer service on Amazon’s part. Disappointed!! Not worth the price since it doesn’t work longer than 1.5 year. Looks like there’s other reviews sharing the same thing happened with their headset. Shop somewhere else!! UPDATE: Reached out to the manufacturer (Poly/hp) and they stated the warranty is for 2 years when Asurion said it was for 1 year. Asurion said I would need to use a protection plan since past the warranty window (which they couldn’t even file a claim for) or to contact Amazon. After no help from Amazon, the manufacturer is replacing the headset due to it no longer working within the 2 year warranty time frame. Key takeaways: 1. make sure the protection plans Amazon links to products are for the correct item & price range, because they will not cover it when Amazon incorrectly links the wrong one to the product listing. 2. When in doubt, contact the manufacturer. (However, due to other reviews complaining of the same headset no longer connecting to a PC via wireless USB or wired USB after a year or so, maybe purchase a different headset to begin with.) 3. Amazon needs better customer service and needs to replace items when they are at fault for situations like this. The customer service from Poly was great.

Use this everyday for work from home. This thing has RANGE. I walk all around my house when not on a call. Never loses signal. Only issue is somtimes on start up I gotta unplug and plug back in. Otherwise it’s perfect. Lasts all day on battery, quality speaker and sound. Super comfy ear piece. Can wear it all day.

I’ve been using this headset while working from home, and overall I’m pretty happy with them. They’re not fully noise-canceling, but they do a solid job reducing background noise. I have a baby at home who can get pretty loud, and while you can still hear her, it sounds more like she’s in another room rather than right next to me. Audio quality is really clear on both ends — I can hear others perfectly, and they’ve told me my voice comes through clearly as well, which is super important for calls. The price point feels a little high for what you get, but for general work-from-home use, they perform well and get the job done. Overall, I’d recommend them if you need a reliable headset and can live without complete noise isolation.

Batteriet är toppen, håller flera dagar trots regelbunden användning. Men.. jag är överlag väldigt missnöjd. Knappen för att svara/lägga på samtal som är den knappen jag använder till 98% av knapparna är den som är minst och i mitten så den är för mig väldigt svår att använda. Jag råkar 90% av gångerna trycka in knappen ovanför som är till för återuppringning senaste samtal, och då försöka snabbt lägga på innan det går iväg signaler... Brusreduceringen generellt är helt ok för bakgrundsljud, jag arbetar inom verkstad och oftast hör ingen oljuden i bakgruden - men, de hör mina andetag riktigt högt. Förväntade mig otroligt mycket mer.
