Great workout to mix in with weight training
I had these but they were VHS tapes and I always liked them. So i was glad to find them in DVDs. I like themcause I like doing different types of workouts. These workouts are nice to mix in with my other workouts!

I could really feel the burn!
I have the WP Bun and Thigh Sculpting workout, which is fairly similar to this, except this one uses the band (the band was NOT included, which was fine, I have my own). There are some different exercises too, so they are both worth having, in my opinion.The band REALLY makes me feel the work, I actually stopped using it halfway through the first time, so I could work up to it gradually. It's only about 20 minutes, but I could really feel the burn! My only complaint is that there isn't much stretching after the workout, so I add my own.

SEE & FEEL a difference in just a few DAYS! DO THIS!!
I've used this DVD 3 times in 5 days, and I SEE and FEEL a difference already!Who KNEW? It's ok for beginners, and intermediates and advanced Pilates practices, all.Start slow, do a few reps, and always remember Joseph Pilates was a STICKLER for QUALITY over QUANTITY.Do it CORRECTLY...Then, and ONLY then, add a few reps at a time.I highly recommend this DVD for anyone who wants shapelier, stronger, healthier muscles in this area.

Windsor Pilates - Good on a Snowy Day When You Can't Get Out
I became familar with Pilates as part of a Prevention magazine story I was in (Aug 2009) on weight-busting plateau. Chris Freytag, Fitness Editor and Personal Trainer encouraged me to get in the Pilates habit and work on my core. Between portion control, body sculpting in the local community college's gym, I went down 2 pant sizes in 8 weeks. This video will keep you going at home when you can't get to a class. Good concepts, easy to follow. But DO get to Pilates class. I feel so much better now that I'm in the Pilates habit.

Wish it was longer
I have several of Mari Windsor's work-outs and while I find her voice grating, her jokes irritating an find myself yelling obscenities at her upon every viewing, she's does produce results you just can't argue with. The particular DVD is very beneficial for the thighs and butt although I wish it were a little longer. And perhaps dubbed over vocally with James Earl Jones.

A little difficult but good.
Very difficult but will get you results. If you are new to Pilates, don't get this until you eased yourself into doing Pilates on a regular bases.

Das tolle Windsor-Band
Spielzeit 25 Minuten.Es handelt sich um eine Einstiegs-DVD-. also für Menschen, die Pilates bisher ohne Banddurchgeführt haben. Die Aufgabe der Einführung erfüllt diese DVD komplett.Die Pilates-Übungen mit Flexband werden anschaulich erklärt und langsam durchgeführt.Ins Schwitzen kommt man nicht, aber dass ist auch nicht das Ziel des ProgrammsDafür hätte die DVD 5 Punkte verdient.Leider wird während der Übungen immer und immer wieder auf das tolle Windsor-Bandhingewiesen, welches uns ermöglicht, diese tollen Übungen zu machen.Mich nervt diese Werbung in eigener Sache. Dafür zwei Sterne Abzug.Wer sich nicht an dem "tollen Windsor-Band" und dem amerikanischen Motivationsgerede"Schaffe deinen schönen , sexy Körper....mit dem Windsor-Band kommt es zu schnellen tollen Ergebnissen...."so in der Art) stört, bekommt schöne Übungen gezeigt,die einen Ausblick darauf schaffen, was man mit einem Flexband in Pilates alles machen kann.

Excellent DVD
I bought this as a gift for a relative who asked for it. She has the other two in the series. She said it was what she wanted and works fine.
