When I say reasonably well, I was expecting them to be warmer, but they are certainly warmer than a basic thick pair of socks, but not as warm as the description suggests. I also see that inside they are very fluffy, and when taking them off, little balls of fluff decorate my light coloured carpet, which drives me up the wall!
