This shower valve set has been a mess since it arrived. Nothing but issues to try to accommodate a poor design and even worse set of instructions. The steps that are clearly written are incorrect.1st Issue: The instructions for plumbing the shower head and the shower handle are backwards. So plan for an extra half an hour of installation while performing the guess and check method. Make sure you have some extra plumbing parts around in case you have to redo it. Make sure you test it before sealing up the wall! I had issues sealing the threads. Had to use Teflon tape that was higher quality and thicker than what was provided with the unit.2nd issue: No Flange is provided with the brass shower handle outletThere are 2 Major issues with this:1) It is very unlikely you will be able to thread this in the perfect amount to seal the connection and make it flush with the tile. So you will have an ugly connection. I set my drop ears (threaded connections) as far forward as possible and there still is not enough thread on the outlet body to seal properly. Now i will have to try to find an adapter and a flange to cover the cut tile.2) Without a seal you have to caulk around the outlet body otherwise you will certainly get water intrusion. Why provide a seal for the shower head pipe but not provide a seal for the pipe that is lower on the wall which will certainly be exposed to more water??3rd issue: The valve includes a removable face plate that says to make make it flush with finished wall... Make sure that you add an extra 1/4" past flush. Followed this instruction and did not have enough space to activate the handle properly. Luckily i have access to the wall behind the shower valve otherwise i would be ripping out all my tile just to move the valve forward 1/4".4th Minor issue: Face plate for valve and handles is very difficult to install. Hole spacing is not correct which results in having to pry the seal back with a screwdriver to install.After dealing with all the design and instruction issues with this set i would absolutely return this if it did not require me to destroy my brand new shower to take it out....

Installed this unit for a customer of mine. Easy install, nice mounting plate for the valve/diverter. Pay close attention to the depth of your drop ear fitting for the hand held shower elbow. The elbow does not extend very far. Installed mine in a tile shower application and needed to shim out the drop ear for the elbow threads to catch. On a whole, good quality set.

Not sure about install or thickness because I hired someone to do that but as far as esthetic and water pressure it’s great!! Love that the sprayer can be lowered for my child and can also work at the same time as the waterfall. Wish I could change out all the showers in my house to this.Ladies I recommend this for that “Thorough clean” 😉

We had a professional plumber install this unit in a brand new bathroom. The instructions were horrible and not anything that he has ever come across before. Way too many plastic parts that he replaced where he could. It looks great, but took twice as long to figure out how to make since.... he had to redo his plumbing to address there Valve for the shower, it was different from any other kind that he’s ever done before.... now that it’s do it seems to be working fine.... if I had to do it over again... I would spend more $$$ to get on that was made in the USA ( I wanted Matte Black ~ so that also limited my choices)....

I’ve always heard you should buy shower systems from big name brands like Delta, Moen, Kholer, etc. However, I just couldn’t warrant spending the $$$$ for one. This product had good reviews and a reasonable price. I’ve loved using it so far. Would highly recommend. It looks so nice and seems sturdy. I was missing one piece upon installation, but received a speedy response from customer service and they had it shipped to me within a few days.

We were confused about a couple of things during the install. I guess the average american plumber coupled with our knowledge lacks. But when we hit a problem we needed help with all we had to do is email the vendor and they sent pictures and a part we needed for our situation...free of charge and responded clearly and rapidly.I love this shower system...the best I have ever owned. I really like how you can adjust the waterflow and the water going to the head and the handle. Yay!

I bought two of these shower systems a little over a year ago and have been very satisfied with them. Recently I noticed a little rust appearing on one of the slider bars. After contacting Gabrylly and sending them a photo of the rust, I received a replacement slider bar two days later. Great customer service and quick resolution of my issue!

It's a beautiful, solid faucet set. We remodel homes and this particular shower set really looks nice and it good quality, at a good price. I wanted a certain look and this one fit what I had in mind for our personal remodel. As we were installing it we realized that in the construction mess we lost the cover plate for the shower head. I messaged the company on FB messenger over the weekend and they got back to me early in the business week. I inquired about buying the part and they said, "No need, we'll send one right out". I received it within a week. It's a beautiful addition to the new shower

Love the water pressure and the look of the system.
