Thus is a reasonably priced alternative to the CPAP hoses supplied through the dealers. It has a clever 90° design which let's the hos e lie flat while sleeping. My only complaint is that the vent at the hose elbow sometimes pushes air back into my face. You might need to deflect it with a piece of cloth or something that redirects the air without limiting the flow.

Excelentes materiales y construcción. El desfogue de aire es algo estrecho, y cuando sube la presión del CPAP puede hacer bastante ruido, pero al menos no lo suficiente para interrumpir el descanso. Muy recomendable.

As a long time cpap user and P10 only user, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!. The reason is that this model is cheap only because there is no exhaust air diffuser. Using this product, the exhaust air will blow into your eyes and everywhere else blowing things around. Including irritating your eyes, it's also quite noisy and in addition because the air is escaping so fast, your cpap pump will be working overtime. When purchasing a new p10, make sure there is an exhaust air diffuser located in front of the nose piece like the original equipment not like this model where there are holes located on top of the swivel connection. The model which has the diffuser in it can also.be found on Amazon for about $20 more, but we'll worth it. Cheers 🍻

Overall quality is alright but it is not air tight - some air is escaping thru some openings at certain angles/positions. I wasn't aware it was not Resmed original. quick release is a good feature especially if you need to disconnect and go to the washroom in the middle of the night (instead of disconnecting the air hose). getting used to using it now.
