2nd Update - Product works beautifully! Such a cute portable charger, the lighting is so pretty and my daughter loves that she can play her music through it. Thanks again to the seller for their amazing follow up and customer service. Update- the customer service from this seller is impeccable. I was contacted immediately after my review was approved and offered a new and improved device at no cost. It’s not often this happens. I am looking forward to getting a new one and I know my daughter will be thrilled! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and like other customers, only the charging part of it worked. Nothing else. Now the charging part doesn’t even work. Of course it’s way too late to return. My daughter has tried so hard to get it all to work. Very disappointed, don’t waste your money.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my 16-year-old daughter. she absolutely loves it. Super cool speaker! surprisingly louder than we expected considering it’s compact size. it’s got a sleek and modern look to it and accents her room very nicely. The ambient lights illuminate nearly her entire room and it dims low enough to work well as a nightlight. her iPhone 12 fits perfectly on it And it syncs seamlessly via Bluetooth. The lights move to the beat of the music, so much fun!! recharges her phone pretty fast and we did not have to buy a special case. the transparent one she had works with it. it also came beautifully packaged so it made for a wonderful gift. I plan to purchase another for my niece as a Christmas gift. amazing price!

Bluetooth for the speaker quit working and won’t connect to any phone. Only worked 6 months. Very disappointed!! Update: the company reached out to me and sent me a new speaker which works as it should. They seemed sincere about helping and really cared about their product and making the situation right. I have since updated my rating and given them 5 stars for superior customer service. I hope this speaker will have a longer working life. Steve

Super bummed with this right now. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas but it is just not working like we thought it would. It will not charge her phone all the way. She will leave on the charger and wake up and only 33% we were so excited about this because it would allow her to not have to connect regularly because she doesn’t have a side table so it always fell between her bed and she missed her alarms. The Bluetooth kind of works but not on all functions. It isn’t very loud either . We have tried everything to get it to work and it just doesn’t work like we thought. Super bummed.
