KORE Tactical Gun Belt | X7 Buckle & Reinforced Tactical Belt

I have two EDC 'dressy' leather belts, and a hand full of tactical OWB duty/kit/drop holster belts. But for my IWB, under a shirt needs to confidently retain my EDC tool, the KORE tactical and essentials belts are hands down the best value I have found. Are there other mfr's that offer similar quality/function at approximately the same price point? YES. But IMO, KORE should be on your list when searching for a quality belt. Give one a try. You won't regret it. I wear mine 70% of the time I am awake every day. If I'm not wearing my KORE belt, I'm either at asleep, showering, at a formal event (using another type EDC belt), or sitting somewhere with my tool awaiting it's call-to-duty in arms reach. KORE is duty-sturdy, has a wide range of adjustability for all shape and size individual and the buckle is solid. When wearing sturdy britches, I also find it supports my back a bit (nice perk). FYI, my back is trashed. To be fair and real to beginner EDC folks reading this, duty belts were not designed to be 'all comfortable'. It's a 'tool belt'. If you've ever worn a real tool belt, with a hammer hanging on one side and a tape measure on the other, then you know the difference between a good one and a cheap one. Your EDC belt is the foundation of your set up. It should be stiff, sized for your holster clip(s) and made of quality materials. It's sole purpose is to hold onto your tools securely (function over feel). Don't cheap out on this equipment. I started out on the $20 belts and the difference between those and KORE, or similar 'KORE like' belts, is night and day.

The kore Tactical gun belt was surprisingly very stiff—in a good way. I run a Glock 30, carry a knife, and two magazines, and the belt held everything securely with no sagging at all. Everything stayed exactly where I wanted it. The instructions were easy to understand, and assembly was straightforward. I really liked that the belt includes waist measurements on the inside, making sizing simple. You just find your waist size and add four or five clicks. I added one extra click just to be safe, and the fit was perfect. Overall, this is a high-quality belt. Shipping was fast and efficient, and I’m very happy with the purchase. I will definitely buy from this seller again.

First, the belt arrived a day before it was supposed to, that’s always nice surprise. Now to the belt itself, it’s a great belt. Rigid, holds AIWB easily (full size and compact). For all it rigidity though it isn’t super heavy, coming from a Nexbelt to this I feel like I’ve lost 5 lbs of weight in just belt. I liked my other belt but 4 years and it was done. The Kore belt has a much more pleasant feel to it. Easy to trim, buckle works flawlessly, allowing for adjustments that are not only “micro” adjustments, but are also discrete adjustments. I’ve had Velcro fastening belts that are light, but noisy. The ability to quietly make adjustments is part of “concealed carry” nothing screams “I’m packing “ more than hearing 4”of Velcro being undone. Granted you aren’t flying through TSA with this buckle, it’s still light enough for literally every day carry/use. The overall feel of it is just a higher quality than other belts I’ve tried/used and I am hopeful that the durability is as above and beyond as the construction and feel of this belt. Not sure if it’s overkill, but when I trimmed mine I also ran a hot blade over the edge, I’ve had issues with fraying before. YMMV, but if you want a good feeling belt that doesn’t weigh you down, this one is definitely worth a shot.

I wasn't sure I'd like this belt when I bought it 13 months ago. Now that I've had it for over a year, I can say I love it. Initially I felt it was too stiff. Sure it coils nicely, and goes around me easily, but it doesn't bend otherwise. It took a bit of getting used to. However that stiffness means your gun doesn't sag on the carry side as much as the elastic or leather belts I had before. I find I'm not pulling it up every so often like I used to. The downside is, my gun doesn't move (at all) when I sit down and it occaisonally catches on the seat belt connector or something. It was easy to size, but like most other reviews have said, leave it long initially. Mine was extra long, and it was fine, but after a year I cut another couple inches off of it, and I still have quite a bit of play either way. The sizing printed on the inside of the belt is pretty much right on, but still, go long when you set it up initially. If you cut it short, you've just made a great gift for any friend who is thinner than you. Now that I've worn it pretty much every day for over a year, I can see the visible wear and tear is minimal. The buckle has some coating coming off the bottom of it, leaving bare metal underneath. You really can't see it unless you look, and frankly to have this little wear showing after a year is surprising, in a good way! I initially felt the buckle seemed a bit small for the task, but I've never had it do anything other than work perfectly. There is no sign of looseness or damage whatsoever. The pivot points are solid, the mechanism works smoothly. The other wear mark is to the belt itself, located exactly where I carry my holster. The blacking on the leather is starting to come off on the bottom of the belt where the bottom part of the holster clip rides. My holster is kydex, and the clip is a hardend plastic. I feel a lot of this is because my gun seems to want to hit the seat belt connector in my truck every other time I sit down, pushing the holster clip up against the belt. It's still very minor, and easily covered with some black shoe polish, so I'm not worried. Finally, the plastic lugs that provide the ratchet type closure are what I expected to fail first, or at least show some wear by now. However, as you can see in the picture, there is absolutely none visible. I am surprised by this, because I'm not a small guy and my belt gets some tension on it! I was worried this would be an issue, but so far there isn't even any visible wear on them. Very happy with that. Overall, I'm well pleased with this belt and will continue to wear it. It is easily the best belt I've ever had for every-day carry of my firearm.

Okay so, first things first. I’m not here to bash the product because this is a great belt. The buckle is awesome, holds really nicely, not too stiff but not too loose. The only problem I have with it is it is not 1.5” it is 1-3/8”. Now this is a problem for one reason… “NEOMAG ALIAS USERS BEWARE” this belt does not securely hold the Alias because of the 1-3/8” belt overall width. The Alias does “fit” but it slides all over the belt and gets really annoying especially with any kind of holster that is “filled” and is any bit heavy when it is full. I wish the belt was actually 1.5” as advertised. I am not sure if the X7 I bought got mixed up with the non EDC 1-3/8” belt size but it’s strange to me how they sell two different sizes on the Kore website and I got the “other size” for non EDC that would not work for the use I intended it to as a true 1.5” gun belt. I wish I would have ended up with the proper size belt width cause I do like this belt but I may have to find another company for a 1.5” belt for my intended setup of the Neomag Alias System.

This is the best belt I have owned in my life, period. Not just gun belts specifically. This thing is so solid. They have a rating of 8lbs for this belt, and I'm sure it will absolutely meet or exceed that. I only have about 2-3lbs on it, but it is totally unfazed by that. The mechanism on the buckle is solid, yet smooth and effortless to actuate. The notches tighten freely without the mechanism, so you can tighten your belt just by pulling it thought the buckle, then release easily with one hand. Every belt made should have this notched system, no more belts that are too tight on one notch and too loose on the next. I carry a g19 with a pretty hefty holster that isn't very good at distributing the load. With my old belt, it would sag pretty bad. I also wear suspenders, so that belt was an absolute mess being pulled up one way, and down another. This kore belt handles it like a champ, and would definitely handle more. The buckle design is also really nice, it's much smaller than traditional buckles, so as long as you're not into the big cowboy buckle style, the smaller size makes it much less likely to scratch or snag on things if you ever find yourself wriggling through tight areas or bumping into low surfaces. You can't go wrong with this belt. I shouldn't be this excited about a belt because it's literally just a belt that is made well for what it was designed to do, but after buying so many of the higher rated ones on amazon and witnessing the flimsiness and awful buckle mechanisms of most of them, I'm just happy to finally find something of such high quality. I don't even normally like to write reviews on amazon, but the only reason I bought this was because of a recommendation from a customer who noticed my carry due to my awful belt at the time. Turns out they were a ccw instructor and they showed me the belt they use, which was this kore. This listing doesn't have a ton of reviews, so I probably would have never bought this without seeing how nice it is first.

Love it love it seriously, I’m not a fan in writing much in reviews to explain how it is but Damn this one deserves its comfortable and sturdy enough not to be annoying can’t explain much because you have to try it, I’ve tried many belts and this one is the Daddy, that this is my second belt that I purchase, by far the best belt for me, good job KORE you guys 🤘🏼 ROCK . 🇺🇸
