The individual lights are reflected on the glass of the picture . how can i fix this? i i'll return it if not.

I used my light over a dart board, Works wonderfully ... no worries of reflexions there, in your case, just experiment with the angles to maximize lighting and minimize reflexions. Your probably going to have challanges no matter which light you use. Glass reflects ... I don't have really any hard advise ... good luck

Does this cover large paintings

I have this over a 20" x 20" painting and it lights up the entire painting. I like the variable light choices too. I recommend it.

Can I rotate the light so the light faces the art? Don't want to see light shining at me. How much of the cylinder is lit up?

Yes you can rotate so the light faces the art. Pretty much the whole thing lights up but is directed where you wish it. It has white and yellow lights so when they are both on all of them light up. You can switch to all white but then only half of them light up and visa versa for yellow.
