To clarify some other comments; you get a printed paper with names of each part, Chinese on one side & English on the other. BUT the English side only has text (no images). So I can see why some are disappointed that both sides isn't printed with the same images.

The heart model itself is well-made, but the attached information is mostly in Chinese. Only a few key points are in English, making it difficult to fully utilize if you don’t read Chinese. This wasn’t mentioned in the product description, which was disappointing. Information predominantly in Chinese
