yes, the mini keg can withstand 2.5 atmospheres

Can you put wine or hard alcohol in this ?

I have only used it for beer, but it should work on any beverage.

Where can I get a replacement cap?

Look on Amazon under mini keg cap. I suggest the ones with the pressure release valve. If you ever brew your own beer and carbonated naturally in the mini keg, the cap with the PRV is soo worth it.

Is the pressure release valve manual only, or does it automatically release pressure at a certain PSI as well?

The pressure release valve will open automatically when pressure reach 30psi.
