The only negative I had for the product was the effort and care it took to insert the cushion into the web covering opening which seemed small. You have to be careful not to damage the web covering or the zipper when squeezing the cushion into the opening. Once combined, the cushion and the web covering are very comfortable and work nicely with the AirGo Seat Cushion.Originally, the wrong product (an AirGo Seat Cushion) was delivered instead of the ordered product. However, AirGo went out of their way to resolve the issue and make sure that I received the correct product as soon as possible as well as refunding my payment to apologize for the confusion. Their product support was about the best that I have seen.
