Great for use while recovering from back fusion surgery!
This is a MUST HAVE while recovering from back fusion surgery. My Dr suggested buying "tongs"! This was amazing!! I also bought the one that folds to put in my purse.

Useful but can break
I have bought several of these over the years. The design is useful overall, but the bottom where the user can drop used toilet tissue is badly designed, and often doesn't work, It also brake easily, I one had one break a week after I got it.
