I’ve had another one of these derma rollers before and went with a more in depth version this time. I watched a video tutorial before hand to make sure I was doing it right. It’s very easy to use as long you make sure you don’t press on too hard. It definitely has a sharpness to it but it’s more than manageable. It sometimes made me sneeze! I had a red face afterwards but that’s to be expected. It went to down quite fast. I didn’t feel the need to take any pain relief.It isn’t flimsy at all so I feel like it will last a while. It’s the perfect size to fit in your hand so you can move around your face easily. It comes with a great little case so it can be stored without any bacteria or bits getting stuck to it. It looks appeasing to the eye. It has a leaflet inside which tells you how to use and clean it which is really helpful. I have already recommended this to my friends and clients.

I was really pleased with it and even bought a second one for my partner. Real needles and good smooth rolling.Real company, at least the customer support was the fastest I've had in a while.Needles, they're real and I'm glad I did the research there. Can't speak about the length but I do use it super lightly on my face, just enough for it to roll and wouldn't recommend any harder than that anyway for any micro needling.Clear roller as well so you know what's happening inside. One of the rollers was faulty and after some time the rolling got stiff and building something inside, customer support was super helpful and sent a replacement.

It’s good for derma rolling. Sterilise after each use. I can’t do it without lignocaine as I’m a wimp.

Love this, the quality is actually really good. I can tell this is real needles I think I was using one that had fake needles before so wasn’t effective…

I like it, easy to use

No fault with the product, other than not being able to replace the needle wheel - lots of plastic to be thrown out every time you need to replace. If you are serious about regular rolling, consider a brand that lets you replace the head.This was my first time using a roller and my skin did not like it. I rolled the minimum amount - not only did my skin hurt afterwards, the next day the wrinkle on my forehead looked deeper. Few days later it seems to look the same as before the rolling but I am a bit scared to use it again in case my skin is struggling to repair.
