As I suspected the 8 fit me perfectly and fits me like a medium (size 6) would, so I would suggest that anyone looking to order this either goes by the size chart provided or size up from what you normally would wear. For reference I am 5’7,” 138 lbs, 36B in bras.The material is a nice, thick quality but light and is very comfortable and flattering. The built-in shelf bra with pads is not only supportive but comfortable as well. The top washes well on delicate cycle and the wash instructions recommend not to tumble dry so I just hang dry it. The ‘magenta’ color is definitely more a true magenta than pink but I do like it.
